They rely on our expertise

We support charging network operators, charger manufacturers, local authorities and retail brands in deploying and maintaining their EV charging infrastructure across mainland France and Belgium.
Our certifications and contractual commitments guarantee a rigorous intervention framework: Qualifelec EV charging qualification for installation and maintenance, compliance with current electrical standards, two million euro professional liability insurance, and formalised service levels in every contract.
Your questions, our commitments
Project management
When should you bring JCSM on board?
Ideally from the scoping phase: requirements definition, technical choices, milestones. But we also take over projects already underway to secure the schedule, budget and compliance, drawing on experience from dozens of DC projects.
Can you recommend your installer partners?
Yes, when appropriate we can recommend carefully vetted installer partners. Working together often reduces the overall project cost while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
Do you handle multi-site portfolios?
Yes, we structure project management across multiple sites (retail, commercial, fleets...) with a consolidated view: deployment prioritisation, budget tracking and EV charging standards harmonisation.
Installation & compliance
What do you check before commissioning?
Diagrams, protection devices, cable sizing, selectivity, charger parameters, NF C 15-100 and UTE C15-722 compliance, as well as consistency with your internal standards, safety policy and manufacturer recommendations.
Can you take over an existing installation?
Yes, through a compliance audit and targeted upgrade: priority corrections, compliance plan, updated documentation and transparent reporting of any residual non-conformities (new or retrofit).
Do you work with our inspection bodies and grid operators?
Yes, we coordinate all technical and documentary exchanges with your inspection bodies and grid contacts to streamline validations and commissioning.
Operations & maintenance
What is your response time?
Response times depend on criticality and location, but we structure our contracts with committed intervention times and systematic remote diagnostics upfront.
Do you perform predictive analysis?
We analyse incident history, non-conformities and call reasons to anticipate recurring faults, prioritise field actions and reduce downtime across your entire fleet.
Can you take over a fleet already in operation?
Yes, we audit the existing setup (multi-vendor, multi-installer), identify weaknesses and implement a progressive upgrade strategy without interrupting operations.
Infrastructure security
When does it make sense to secure a site?
As soon as there is a significant business risk: isolated site, high traffic, history of vandalism or cable theft.
What types of incidents do you deal with most often?
Vandalism, cable theft, enclosure damage, minor sabotage, but also initial security shortcomings. The goal is to sustainably reduce incidents and their financial impact.
Do you work with our existing security providers?
Yes, we integrate the EV charging layer into your existing systems (CCTV, alarms, security patrols) so that charger incidents are treated like any other critical asset.
Support & end users
Do you operate as white label?
Yes, we operate under your brand for your networks, with scripts tailored to your tone and processes, so the end user always feels in safe hands.
Do you offer AI only, AI + human or 100% human?
We adapt the setup to your needs: AI powered by an EV charging knowledge base for simple queries, AI + human to speed up diagnostics, or 100% human for sensitive contexts, always meeting your quality standards.
How do you reduce call volume?
By addressing the technical root cause: analysing call reasons, fixing recurring field issues and improving user journeys (signage, instructions, charger settings). Metrics (average handle time, abandonment rate, monthly volume) are tracked to measure improvements.
