What makes JCSM different is our people. Every technician is selected for both their technical depth and their ability to solve problems independently on-site.
All field technicians hold electrical clearance certifications (habilitations) for both low and high voltage work, as required by French labour law (NF C 18-510).
Qualifelec IRVE certified across all tiers: P1 (basic), P2 (advanced with communication), and P3 (DC fast charging). This covers every charger type from 3.7 kW to 350 kW.
Deep protocol expertise spanning OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1. Our technicians can diagnose communication issues between charger and backend at the protocol level, not just the symptom level.
