General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between JCSM and its clients in connection with the provision of EV charging technical support services, including 24/7 customer support and on-site interventions.

Article 2 - Acceptance of Terms

Any order for services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The client acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.

Article 3 - Services Offered

3.1 EV Charging Customer Support

  • White-label call and email handling
  • Level 1 and Level 2 diagnostics
  • Automatic escalation to maintenance
  • Quality monitoring and detailed reporting

3.2 On-Site Interventions

  • AC/DC commissioning
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Compliance verification
  • Detailed intervention report

Article 4 - Orders

Orders may be placed by phone at +33 1 83 75 57 06 or by email at [email protected]. Every order is acknowledged with a confirmation in writing specifying the terms of performance.

Article 5 - Pricing and Invoicing

Prices are quoted in euros, exclusive of taxes, ex works. Prices may be revised at any time; however, services already ordered are invoiced at the rates in effect at the time the order was placed.

Invoicing takes place in accordance with the terms agreed upon contractually. Invoices are payable upon receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 6 - Intervention Timeframes

Intervention timeframes are provided for information purposes. JCSM undertakes to meet the agreed deadlines, in particular:

  • Customer support: available 24/7
  • Emergency interventions: 4 hours maximum
  • Scheduled interventions: as per agreed schedule

Article 7 - Client Obligations

The client undertakes to:

  • Provide all information necessary for the proper performance of the services
  • Grant access to installations under the required safety conditions
  • Comply with the agreed payment deadlines
  • Report any malfunction without undue delay

Article 8 - Warranties and Liability

JCSM warrants that its services conform to the agreed specifications. JCSM's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the services concerned. JCSM shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Article 9 - Force Majeure

JCSM shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events of force majeure as defined by French case law.

Article 10 - Confidentiality

JCSM undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information communicated to it in connection with the performance of the services. This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of the contract.

Article 11 - Termination

The contract may be terminated by either party with 30 days' prior notice, except in the event of force majeure or material breach of contractual obligations.

Article 12 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 13 - Amendment of Terms

JCSM reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated terms shall take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
