What is your response time in the event of a fault?
Response times are set in your contract (distinct urban and rural SLAs). Thanks to OCPP supervision, a share of incidents is resolved remotely without a site visit. For on-site work, our regional technicians have fully equipped service vehicles and parts in stock.

How does remote supervision work?
Our supervision platform uses the OCPP protocol to collect real-time data from every charger: charge status, error codes, energy consumption and availability. Automatic alerts trigger immediate diagnostics. Technicians can restart a charger, update firmware or adjust the configuration remotely.
What is the difference between preventive and corrective maintenance?
