Which regions does JCSM operate in?
JCSM covers the whole of mainland France and Belgium. Our technicians are deployed in every region: Ile-de-France, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, PACA, Occitanie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Hauts-de-France, and all the others. In Belgium, we operate in all three regions (Wallonia, Flanders, Brussels-Capital).
What is the on-site response time?
Our standard SLA provides a response within 48 hours, as per contract. For premium contracts, we offer enhanced commitments with 24/7 on-call cover.
Do you service all charger brands?
Yes, our technicians work on more than 12 brands: ABB, Alfen, EVBox, Kempower, Wallbox, Schneider Electric, Legrand, DBT-CEV, Circontrol, Delta, Autel and Tritium. AC chargers from 3.7 to 22 kW and DC up to 400 kW.
